It’s been a little over a month since I’ve written a post centered around book selections. Last month we focused on grit. This month we’re focusing on Gratitude. As adults we know the importance of gratitude. We know if we focus more on being grateful for what we have we’ll lead happier lives. But teaching gratitude to children can be difficult with the amount of consumerism in our world.
So what should we do? Let’s get started being purposeful in our read alouds and find books to help us focus on being grateful. Here are some books to try.
